orange sauce for water fowl and other
Blackdog I love to do duck in an orange sauce however if you have people
that say I don't like the taste of "wild stuff" try marinatiing in a cheap
red wine over night b4 cooking . I promise you there won't be anything left on the platter. Cheers Northcountry
