aYup! Here as well. Unfortunately for me, I somehow managed to get a bit of a reputation for getting the job done right (guess 35 years plus experience counts for something these days...). Thus far my processing room (separate kitchen set up just for the task) has witnessed the following "customers" this season:
Only one moose (thankfully)
4 Whitetails
9 Fallow Deer
3 Blacktails and counting...

Suspect that number will rise a bit (already 2 more Blacktails in the wings, and tags still chasing), especially after this next round of Alberta action!!

If you want the job done right, do it yourself!
