aYup! Here as well. Unfortunately for me, I somehow managed to get a bit of a reputation for
getting the job done right (guess 35 years plus experience counts for something these days...). So, this time of year I am literally besieged by requests from successful hunting Buddies who want nothing more than for me to play butcher while they replay (
over and over) their great prowess in the hunt (while of course hinting at my own personal lack thereof

). Not that I mind all that much, it
IS nice to live vicariously when I can't get out there myself...
Thus far my processing room (separate kitchen set up just for the task) has witnessed the following "
customers" this season:
Only one moose (thankfully)
4 Whitetails
9 Fallow Deer
3 Blacktails and counting...
Suspect that number will rise a bit (already 2 more Blacktails in the wings, and tags still chasing), especially after this next round of Alberta action!!
If you want the job done right, do it yourself!
