I try and do my own meat, was shown by my hunting partner plus he has all the tools of the trade, meat saw and all.... But lately I've been getting my meat cut up north as for the price of it you just cant go wrong! This year I think it was .40per pound....
The best why is to do it yourself if you can then you know, you got everything! I hate hearing story's of butcher's ripping guys off, or some butchers will not cut the game the way you ask! Like one that will not do ribs
