I have always done our own, with an exception of once when the game was harvested in Quesnel and it didn’t work out to bring it home. We took it to Cariboo Country Sausage, which is on the left of #97, heading North, before you drop down into Quesnel. Hans does a good job, and makes awesome sausage, as well.

So, if you live there, or wind up with game there that needs doing, drop in and see him. You get back what you take in, good or bad……
