Just got my whitey back from backcountry meats in Fernie. I'm really happy with it. Awsome jerkey, to die for jalapeno cheddar smokies, double garlic coil, and hot pepperoni. I got around 100lbs back in all. Cost was $300 even.
I did my elk, then dads and then his whitey and mulie. Sometimes its nice to let someone else do it!
