I went to the CFC website to check on how my appy was progressing. The only info they ask on the form was: last name, first name, city of birth, and birth date. Is this really enough info.
The reason I ask is when my son was born there was another boy born the same day and was named the same name. That was on V.I. and the population was a lot smaller 40 years ago. DLM
