Five Year Old Appy Mare 4 Sale

This is a sweet little mare I wish I had room/time or need for. Very sure footed, shod and sound. She has been desensitized to fireworks, dogs, lamas(horses have an insane fear of lamas at times), game, bikes, trucks, quads, sleds, camera flash, garbage cans, ropes, tools, gear ect. Then sensitized to ground and rider ques. She one rein stops, backs and gate changes. She should be doing sliding stops by the time I finish her in March. She lunges, loads, stands for the farrier and is otherwise respectful. She is registered but I don't want to see her bred back to back in somebodys backyard. Good home only, with horse knowledge. Awsome prospect for ladies barrel racing, trails, penning or gymkana. She will be ready in March 1400 shod and dewormed, unless somebody wants to finish her themselves 1000. Then I can make room for the next one
