Howdy from the Land Down Under

Well guys finally found a job and it just so happens that I am working in Australia now. I am doing a 28/32 rotation and will be working mainland Australia and Paupa New Guinea.
Probably won't have a chance to do much hunting but I am definately going to try and do some fishing here.
Sure is some beautiful country here but I am missing the beginning of hunting season in Alberta, goose starts on the first and everything else on the 17th but gotta take the good with the bad.

So cheers mates and we'll be back on the 21st of Sept.

Right now I am in the Cooper Basin, which is approx. 11hr drive north of Adelaide. If you are familiar with the area there is a Santos gas plant at Moomba and I am just south of there by 45 min in a mobile camp. All you see for miles is sand sand and more sand Unless of course a dust storm blows in then all you see is dust!
