Early season Cow elk hunt

Hi Guys,
My two buddys and I are looking to bowhunt in M.U.4 for the early cow elk season Sept 1-Sept.9.Does anyone know of any one that has privat property in that area with elk population on it and allows bowhunting ? Please send me a pm if you know of anyone. Any contact info is appreciated.

Good luck i have been trying for awhile ranchers iv'e talked to don't want archers scaring the elk before the gun guys get there.

Just moved to Cranbrook from Vernon & there seems to be lots of cow elk on crown & private land. Will keep my eyes & ears open for you. If you want a hunting partner, let me know.

we also go for the early elk season. it takes a while to get contacts but once you do, it really helps. some of the ranchers actually want a....... how do you say.....donation??? plenty of elk and whitetail on public land. just be prepared to put some miles on the old tootsies to get an elk pattern and where they are travelling from public to private... ...
