Hot Mexican Cheese Dip

This is obviously not a game recipe, but this forum looked a little bare. A word of caution when you serve this to guests, put it quickly on the table and JUMP out of the way......they'll go after it like a pack of Hyenas on a three day old kill!

Hot Mexican Cheese Dip

1 pckg ( 8ounce) cream cheese at room temperature
1 1/4 cups shredded Montery Jack Cheese
1 ( 4ounce ) can chopped green chiles, drained
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup finely chopped, roasted red pepper (I chopped them and broiled them in the oven)
3/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Butter 3 cup baking dish and preheat oven to 350. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheese and rest of ingredients.
Spread in baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese. Bake until hot and bubbly ( 20-25 minutes) Serve warm with crackers, taco chips or veggies.
(Can be made the day before and stored, covered in the fridge until ready to heat)
