Inlaws favorite breaded deer steak recipe

cut deer steaks under 1/4" thick when butchering.
when preparing to cook,pound steaks to thin but not broken up thickness.
cover in flour,dip in beaten egg,bread with crushed crackers.
fry in oil until deep brown on each side,enjoy.
