jerky recipe?

What happened to that recipe for jerky?I could have sworn I just read it here yesterday.Anyone know.Thanks,Bugsy.

Thanks Will,my settings must have gotten changed and I could only see the top four posts.Later,Bugsy.

I have made a lot of sausage and jerky over the years you can slice your meat about 1/4 inch thick rub your favorite spices in and maybe some teriyaki let sit in the fridge ouer nigth and put it in the oven at about 175 degrees and check it every 2 or so hours you can also grind your meat add your spices then need it tell it realy hold together then make paddys and take a rolling pin the flatten and dry in oven
