Lynx is extremely good fried with lots of butter and onions.
-cut into quarters and boil for 30 min., change the water and boil again for another 30 min. -cut into small pieces about the size of a grape. -fry in a very large pan with 1/2 lb. of butter, teaspoon of garlic powder, a couple large onions. You can cut down on the butter and add a 1/2 lb of good lean bacon. Be sure to do the boiling OUTSIDE and don't let anybody smell it boiling that you want to have eat it. My wife ran away from home the first time i cooked lynx in the house. (3 hrs. ) Yes everything tastes like chicken I know. It really does taste like chicken in a GOOD Chinese restraunt. The ultimate test was my 2 very pickey teenage daughters at the time--they loved it and wanted more. Try not to get an old male.
