"WANTED" ~ Secret Sausage Recipe's

Next week i am planning on making sausage up.
Who's willing to share their recipe with me?
I would like to make a Bratwurst,Mild Italian,Breakfast,and Chorizo.
I have some some recipes of my own but i have looked everywhere and can't find where i put them.
Any links to recipe's would be greatly appreciatted.
