Whitetail Classic
Let me tell you, this can only be done in the forrest with a propane stove and nice iron pan.
First get small whitetail chop steaks, packs usually come with about 5-6, but it really depends on your local butcher.
Get your pan ready and hot with garlic and butter and throw in your steaks.
While they cook have another pan ready with garlic and butter aswell. Throw in lots of green, red, and orange peppers nice and chopped. Add lots of long chops of onion.
By the time the whitetail steaks are finished you will have a side of fresh caramelized veggies with that great outdoor camping taste. Have a side of rice if you wish and always have a beer or a nice glass of wine with your meal. Enjoy P.S, it always tastes better when its cold out.
