Your Favourite "Meat Cutters" ?
Hey Folks how about a post listing your favourite Meat Cutters/sausage makers etc. and thier locations ?
I'm sure everyone could use to know about the better ones near them  Just a thought.

Myself, ex butcher/sasauge maker/candle stick OOP"S(wrong rhime here).
 Been doing it for some 21 yrs.. Little far from BC.. for delivery.  Also theres a Costco butcher from Kamloops who has his owm shop. Rick Drescher.. i worked with him. great guy!! and he always has rum in his shop fridge too.
