270 WSM loads?

Just wondering if any one has a pet load for 270 WSM? I picked up some 150 gr Grand Slams and I have an abundance of IMR 4831. Any input on powder/bullet choices would be greatly appreciated. The gun is a Rem 700 sps.

270WSM loads

Mine is a compressed load of Retumbo with 140gr Accubonds. Shoots very tight 5 shot groups @ 100m.

Tikka T3 LS rifles.

270wsm loads

I have a sister to your gun a 7mmwsm and have tryed 4 powders and here is how I would rate them in my gun A Rem 700 24" Hart Barrel 1/9 Twist, mcmillan, jewel & tubbs system, gun weighs 6.7lbs no scope a semi-light hunter.
Bullets all where 140grNosler BT Fed mag primers

For best groups
#1 H4831sc .250" and one three shot a ace
#2 Magpro 1/2 but most speed just under 3300fps This I use hunting with NoslerPartitions

#4350 3/4+

wxr 3/4++

Go here and take a look at gun of the week 64,7mmwsm H4831sc under 5" at 1000 yards off sticks

I have loaded the 150gr Grandslams in my 270WSM with Retumbo, H4831 and Ramshot Magnum. All were very accurate loads, but the Ramshot, definately gave a higher velocity. I have some H1000 now as well that I still want to try.
