if I owned one and wanted to hunt deer, Id load 140 gr Nosler Accubonds, probably trying H4831sc first, or RL19.

if I used it to hunt moose and elk, 150 gr Barnes TSX over the same powders

a do-all load, the TSX or a 160 gr Accubond

For my latest "truck gun" (ANOTHER 7-08) load development began and ended with the 140gr TSX. Can't ask for a better bullet, love'm in my 280AI and 7-08AI also.... try 'em, you'll not be disappointed in the accuracy or terminal performance dept.

Stonechaser,I'm trying the 120gr.TSX now,but haven't finalized a load yet.I don't have a chrony but it should zip right along.I sure wish they would make a 130 TSX in 7mm!Cheers,Gunner

Cool

My old Ruger 280 No1V loved the 150 Nosler Partition and 53.5 grains of H4831
