Just a heads up to anybody that uses these bullets that Barnes is discontinuing their production this year.
Wholesale Sports has (had) 2 boxes of 58 grain .243's left after I ordered mine last week.

What would the reasoning be ? How have your results been with them ? I was going to try the Barn Burner coated bullets, but will have to check if they are on the way out too.

Barnes has just released their new Varmint Grenade bullet which has replaced their previous lines of varmint weight bullets.

I want to try some of these new frangible bullets to see if they truly fail to exit on coyotes.
