Thumbs up Great service from RCBS

I recently discovered a small crack developing at the centre seam of my RCBS vibratory case cleaner.

As the unit is long past the 2 year warranty RCBC has on electronic products I sent them an email last Friday asking for the cost to have a replacement bowl shipped.

I just received an email from their customer service that was short and sweet:
Quote:
We will replace the drum assy. Have a great day.
Is there any wonder most of my reloading gear came home in a green RCBS box??

Right on Boo, you gotta go a long ways before you hear of anyone getting bad service from RCBS.

A follow up .......

The new bowl showed up today - chalk up another bonus point to RCBS.

They shipped it a couple of days after they said they would replace it.

Canada Customs on the other hand decided that a 10" diameter green plastic bowl might be contraband so they held the package for nearly 3 weeks AFTER they opened it for inspection ............

You never know what might be hiding in those green bowls
