Thumbs up Hodgdon's Reloading Data Center

With Hodgdon now owning IMR and distributing Winchester powders they have produced a great website combining the data from all three companies.

Go Here to see it.

100% agree!! that site is very user friendly, and a whole lot cheaper than replacing all of my manuals because of newer calibers. Thanks so much for the link.

25-06 barrel twist

I'm changing out my old barrel on my 25-06 from 24" to 26". Would any one have any info on what the barrel twist should be on a 26" barrel?...... Thanks Storm

The barrel length isn't really a concern, the weight of of the intended bullet is the control factor. If you intend on using bullets above the 100gr weight the recommended twist is 1 in 9. For bullets up to 100gr but not less than 90gr a twist of 1 in 10 is recommended.Hope that helps.
