Hornady reloading manual

Does their manual give most accurate load and most accurate powder like the Nosler manual? I just got back from the range, shooting factory Hornady Custom 7x57 139 gr. BTSP. My Brno loves it (as well as the Federal 139 loading). I was wondering if they give any hints to their recipe.

My most current Hornady manual on the bookshelf is #5. I don't know if the new #6 has the info you are looking for but I know #5 doesn't other than a preamble on best powders in the cartridge description. Even that doesn't help as on a few cartridges I have noticed that Hornady will say that powder "X" is great in a certain cartridge and then follow up with several loads none of which contain that powder. LoL

One thing about the Hornady data though is that I find it to be very close to what is possible in the real world when it comes to velocities.

I have the Hornady 6th Edition two volume set but they don't specify a 'most accurate load'. Just checking some of my other manuals, I see the Sierra, edition V, Rifle & Handgun Reloading Data has a listing for an accuracy load & a hunting load. Others that list accuracy loads, in addition to the Nosler 5th edition which you've mentioned, are the Lyman 3rd Edition Pistol & Revolver Handbook and the Lyman 48th Edition Reloading Handbook.
