That's excellent grouping! Hand load?

Depending on what you're trying to achieve, it may be an inch high. If you need help tuning it down, just use a felt pen and draw some new crosshairs on your scope.

Good shooting, I like to hear stories of pencil barrels shooting well.

You got a point there. I'd also like to know why he blocked out all the other shots with electrical tape. Maybe he should have just zoomed the picture right into his 3 shot super-group.

Thumbs up

you should be in good shape hunting this fall with that kind of accuracy!

I sighted my hunting loads in today for my 260, and got it perfect. 8.5" low at 300 yards, shot a 1.75" 3 shot group

(+1.75" @ 100y, -1.5" @ 220 y - 130 grain Triple Shock X over 41 grains RamShot BigGame ~ 2792 fps avg)

Very nice group.
Got a 6.5x55 coming in a 700 action, with a Bansner/Talleys/VXll just waiting for it. Hopefully it will be a shooter as well.
I always sight my big game rifles in 3" high @ 100yds, give a hit on point of aim at a longer distance, and I'm just used to holding slightly low at close/mid-range.
