you can use data meant for any 223, although the H&R may have troubles with hotter max loads (extraction issues maybe?)
I can suggest Hodgdon Benchmark as a great powder to try first. I have had great results with it behind many bullets ranging from 40-55 grains.
The Nosler 55 gr Ballistic Tip is very deadly on coyotes and wolf, from using it last year I could see it thumped em good.
I always use Federal 205M match primers in my loads, and my hunting loads I use W-W brass. Seat your bullet close to the rifling, but not touching.
