Rear sight savage 99
Can I remove the rear buckhorn sight from my savage 99 by just tapping it out? Is it left to right or right to left for removal?

Right to left will remove it just fine. Use a brass or plastic punch so as to not marr the finish on the sight, or in case your punch slips....
