nice fish . I have never eaten them how do they taste? I personally think they are far more intersting looking then a cookie cutter trout or salmon .

Some guys call them "Poor Mans Lobster", That should give you an idea of the taste. They are very good, if you can get over the look of them. I make a special point of NOT letting the wife and kids see them before they are cleaned up

Make no Mistake, I will get down there for a little Sturgeon Action some day.
I can not get down there to get the eyes Lasered this month , but, if you have any suggestions as to when the good times are for Sturgeon (Fall, I think) I might just be able to kill two birds with one stone.
Are you still planning to go on a little holliday this month?

Fall is gravy, and yes we are going on a honeymoon mid month! Looking forward to a little R&R, but not looking forward to time away from my dogs (Im not the "international" traveling type) I would rather go "camping" on the .........................Muskwa,Tuchodi,Gatho,Klau chesi.................for my honeymoon
