The Atnarko
On July 21st, I'm picking up my son in PG as he will be completing his tree planting season. We thought that we would head west at Williams Lake and do some fishing in the Chilcotin. I've booked at Escott Bay Resort on Anahim Lake. We've stayed there before and had a good time. While we are in the area, I thought that we might fish the Atnarko. Are the springs still running that time of year? Would you fish it much like you would, say, the Vedder? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Pablo..I have fished the ATNARKO for 30 years...and know most if not all the spots to fish and what works...I have just called a friend that came home last week from there fishing was good..

Thanks Steve for taking the time to talk to me when I called you last week.
I took notes, which I will use as I put my gear together this week. My plan is to be in Prince George on the 24th to pick up my son. Then we will head out to the Chilcotin for a week. The Atnarko is on our list. Thanks again. Pablo
