Forest Lake in the fall?

Can anyone tell me how Forest has been doing and what its like this time of year? Id like to get one more session in before the snows hit.

Talked with a guy who fished it yesterday..boatman have come and gone and he tried leeches...a VERY GOOD CHOICE IN FOREST LAKE IN THE FALL...

and he did not do well....I would certainly recomend another try ON A WARM CALM DAY..and yes LEECHES...big..brass headed dazzle link leeches in maroon...
