Forest lake fun..and then some

recent 2 1/2 day flyfishing trip to Forest lake..8 or 9 fish landed = 100 POUNDS..

biggest was approx 15 pounder that spooled me completely..I was using new SAGE z-axis 6 weight flyrod that weighs 3 ounces!! and using 4 pound tippet material and my own flies...

This fish is 9 pounds..I will show combined pictures with teh 10 pounder tomorrow..great fun..

Nice Fish, pretty lake, the wife and I quadded in there May day weekend and found it a little crowded for us. We did see a guy break his fly rod trying to land a fish, and lots of different birds. All round great lake.
