Location: About 4.2 km (2.6 miles) south of the city of Quesnel. Turn east off Highway 97. Travel on a paved road for 3.2 km (2 mi) to a boat launching site on the lake.

I just came back.
I heard there is close to two feet of ice.
The average date for ice off over the last 20 odd years is april 14th-17th.
should be a good year.
