You mule deer hunters here in Region 5 had better pack a lawyer with you to make sure you are shooting a legal animal during a legal season. At least they have FINALLY shut down the buck season during the peak of the rut. This should allow some of the yearlings to mature.

What's the reason for the mule deer change in region 5.
