Tim Got DALL SHEEP, GOAT AND MOOSE STEVEN...Dall sheep, Goat, moose, GRIZZLY BEAR.. 9 draws again for the second year..gonna need a sherpa team....  steven

Our group got Moose in our usual spot so might have to drop by on our way through Steven! Can't wait til October!

Finally since I've started hunting in '99 now this year i get the Moose draw for in the Cariboo. Just hope this hunt is better then my Buffalo hunt from last year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What zone and time for the Buffalo??????? Start getting your stuff together now... Oh and it is warm up there............NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you going to tent it or cabin it? I'm glad I didnt get the tag this year, still cant get over the fire from last year! SW

Drawn for 16 Oct. early Pink mountain. Any sex. The planning has begun. My son is moving to Fort St John in August so that will help. we are going to combine Moose and Buff. Moose draw is in Mcbride on Oct 10. I hope there will be bood in the woods.

AH your lucky, as Nov up there is COLD LET ME TELL YOU........ In a Wall tent with no wood it is fawking fawking cold (-50 with the wind)................ Your Buffalo package will be coming soon to you!! Good luck, on the buffalo, Pink Mountain has coolers if you need to throw the meat in one! GET THE HIDE OFF FAST AND GET INTO SMALL CHUNKS OF MEAT! More research we are going in Just north of the Sikanni river. I picked up a box tent this spring. similar to a tent trailer but slides in the back of a pickup. Warmer than a tent but a bit smaller to double beds and have to deal with an outdoor kitchen, but it works well. Now the decision to buy a quad or rent one.

Ah that style of tent, just as a note, guys where staying in Campers in the back of pickups and only lasted one night then left do to the cold! With the ATV make sure you take a tarp and cover it up at night and rope it as if not you will have a bitch of a time trying to get them fired up. Also make sure you pack loads of fuel I had 15 5gal cans full of fuel! It goes fast! Are you doing this hunt on your own or a group of buddies going in with you??? SW
