Yep it is like I am living in the Prairies here in Creston. Winds from the East at a steady 30 kmh and gusting to 45 kmh and snow and -7c and dropping. YUCK

I wish it was only -7 here...

It so bad out here that lots of deer are dieing off, too much snow, then warms up & gets a thick crust, then goes down to -20 or colder.

Thursday am.
Finally stopped snowing, although there is a forecast for a tad more today. There is about 7-8" already on the ground. Not bad I realize in comparison to what some members see, but hey, this is supposed to be Lotus Land here on the Island. So much for that..

I'm at sea level basically, I imagine the mountains like Arrowsmith must have a ton of fresh snow. I'm sure the deer will be moving down lower this morning.

-28c here this morning with a strong North Wind.

Last night up on Granite Mountain (Gibraltar Mine) it was ~-50c with wind-chill!!

We would kill for -7c LoL I can't really complain though as it did warm up to -17 this afternoon although the frigging wind refuses to quit blowing.

Maybe you should invite Al Gore up for a visit?
