Getting around, off the beaten path.

Hey all.
How about some updates on the snowpack and accessability for your regions. I wanna get out and do some ice fishing, but with all this snow it ain't gonna be a picknick!

News reports indicate thin ice under the snow with snow machines falling through. The ice cant form thicker with the heavy snow covering. Avalanche dander is high in mst regions. Becareful.

All the ice shacks came out here at McLeese last weekend and the creek mouth is frozen over.

thin ice

A fellow is assumed drowned in Sugar Lake in the Okanagan. They found his truck and gear but it looks like he fell thru the ice.

Fished Big Bar last week. Two feet of ice with about a foot of snow on it. Some wet spots as the snow has pushed up some water. Fishing was good!
