Northern BC moose 2010

Just cuz Mountainman asked so nicely here is a photo of this years moose..2 days of calling and hanging tampons drenched in moose in heat urine...

This big OLD boy snuck in over 2 hours till finally he was on dry ground 30 feet from the river...short haul..

However he was over 1100 pounds and the 1/4 ers were massive..glad I had sherpa boy..It was Todds first big game animal..shot was 240 yards..

Very Nice Steven.
I had a bugger of a time finding one this yr, but finally managed to drop a little one......um, well not little, hmmmm.
He had 8 points on one side, and was good as a Tri-palm, but he had only one point with a busted off "Sticker" on the other side. Good as a 2pt or less.

Going to take a pic of it someday, if I can find my camera

Hi Joe...yes Susan and I are headed for holidays to snowy wet Alberta..

we are going to Calgary to shop..has to be some LINGERIE shops there ?? might even get something for Sue..lol

I am headed up to Wainright to visit Randy and Phil and Blaze may even get to ride that new Badboyz electric golf care for some pheasants with Grinch the wonderdog...then down to Red deer and a day @ Phils place..then Calgary with Susan..

NOTE that I posted the bull photo for you..when I think "Joe" I think BULL...

Wish I could have made it down but my entire whitetail season is shot due to ensuring I get Christmas off. Hope next year turns out better then this year did.
