Still Missing in Spatsizi

I would like to let all hunters know who are planning on going to Spatsizi that I am still looking for my husband. For those of you who may not have heard about his disapperance Outdoor Canada has just wrote an article about him in their Summer 2010 magazine. I also have a web page Missing hunter in Spatsizi Plateau Wilderness Park, British Columbia, Canada. Please, if you are going to Spatsizi, keep a look out for anything that could help my daughters and I to find him.

This is a sad story that happens to often. Sounds like he was hunting alone, not a good idea....I have hunted the Spatz and it is full of danger.

I do hope you find your husband & get closure to this tragety.

Coming up to six years now since this fellow went missing..

I wonder if anything more has surfaced regarding him. You almost wonder if there was some foul play involved, (or a planned disappearance?) although it is a huge area, and few people..

Clothing, tent and knapsack, etc, could be buried under dead fall, leaves, etc..and rotting away. You think that at least the rifle would be around for years to come. All very odd, and sad for the family. Hopefully the Wife has moved on with her life..
