Caping Knife - Handmade
As a Knifemaker I am usually in the mood to make myself knives to try out new styles and to just generally make something for myself every once in a while.
This caping knife was one of the very first I made a couple years ago when I got back into making blades after quite a time from it,and has been used for the purpose to which it was intended. It has caped out 4 deer and a black bear and still quite useful to someone who needs one. I no longer need it as I am in the process of making myself another bling-bling I have refinished and resharpened and it is as new.......................very sharp Offered for sale $65 shipping included steel........440C hardenend to 59 RC handle......chechen with two 3/16" brass pins blade .......2 5/8" cutting surface, 7/8" at the widest, 7" overall sheath......7 ounce oil conditioned veg. tanned cowhide 2 brass rivets and yellow stitching http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k1...perchechen.jpg
