Looking for 22 bolt action with clip

My daughter is starting to express some interest in plinking and shooting grouse, only issue is my 22 is old, a tube load and the sights are crap.

So, I am looking for a used one, smaller and lighter is better and needs the ability to be scoped, bolt action with a clip.

NO LAKEFIELD PRODUCTS PLEASE

I do have a PSE bow I would trade, 28", righ hand, 60-80 pound, soft case, quiver, pin sites. It is older but a great starter bow, I just have no space to practice.

or a self climbing tree stand, used about 4 times. I bought it for hunting Whitetails then I moved and havnt had it out since.
