yes I have relations in Creston valley that say the same thing but no open season around there farm in the winter when they destroy the hay bales in the barn.
One of my neighbours has property in the Kootenays and keeps complaining about the elk butchering his field. He has so far refused to let me hunt there, but with an open bull season coming up I'm gonna keep working on him.
